"This means so much, and thank you for the resources. Your email is so liberating, and I wish I would have known this years ago. (I have always been the "creative" type, and math was never easy for me to grasp--but it didn't mean I couldn't learn it--I just needed to go at my own pace. Now I see that two of my kids are the same way. I will NEVER tell them that they are not good at math, but that they can learn anything. Unfortunately, no one ever told me that when I was younger--but I have to power to change that narrative for my kids. I will change my math mindset today, and teach my kids that they are math kids!"
